Hi, can anyone suggest to achieve image compression without using third party tool or online website image compression.
Can we Achieve it using code stage?

Depends on what kind of image compression you are looking for. If a simple JPG or PNG will do, you can use the built-in Save function for images from .NET: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/system.drawing.image.save?view=dotnet-plat-ext-3.1
