Unable to terminate excel application

Hi,

I am getting below error while dealing with Excel application. It is an intermittent issue, but sometimes it is coming frequently. Can anyone please help me with possible reasons?

That error message you got does not exist in my version of the Excel VBO or in the version I just downloaded from the Digital Exchange, and searching for that error message text yields no results on Google except for this post, so I assume that is a custom action. If that's the case, please provide more information about it.

In which VBO are you getting this error? Is it in Excel VBO and which action stage?

If you're getting this error in Excel VBO, you can try to recover it Resume with the help of Blick stage and kill the excel application.

Since the issue is intermittent, I still need to find the exact error message. Thanks for the guidance.
