The Excel VBO - Open Workbook will have error "Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation". When I change the regional format as English(United States) , it will ok.  I don't know why, can you give me some help? How can I solve it? PS: I must use regional format as Japanese(Japan) and region is Japan, because of the process requirement. Thanks.
