Blue Prism Hub 4.7 Error Installation

Hi!

I am trying to install Blue Prism Hub for a POC, but during the installation, it gets stuck at "Copying new files" and throws the attached error in the case. Does anyone know what's happening? Is there any extra configuration that needs to be done on SQL Server? It seems the error occurs during this action:

ActionStart: Action 13:03:19: EncryptDatabaseColumns.

This error usually occurs when the machine's CPU maxes out at 100% at some point during the installation.

To get past this error, we recommend to increase the performance, CPU, or core count in your VM depending on the infrastructure used.

Please refer to the following minimum hardware requirements for further information:

Hi, thanks for your support. As you can see, these are my VM (VirtualBox) hardware specifications.

I tried to install Hub with these specs, but it doesn't work. I’m also attaching a video showing the error.

If you're not able to provision additional CPU resources for this VM, I'd suggest as a workaround to stop services that are not essential while the installer is running.

Stopping the following services that are not required during installation can free up resources:

Blue Prism - Audit Service Listener
Blue Prism – Log Service
Blue Prism Server
Decision Model service
SQL Server LaunchPad
SQL Server CEIP
