Getting issue in extracting data in Item Level details.

Hello Everyone,

Getting issue in extracting data in Item Level details.

There are two major parts I need to extract in Item Level Details in PDF Document. 1. Item Level Details and 2. DPAS information. Please find the below screenshot for more details.

Solution I tried: I have created two tables as Items_0 for Item Level details and Item_1 for DPAS Information.

I have trained more than 10 documents, Item Level details I can able to extract and DPAS information I could not able to extract.

Note: Item Level Details will always have only one Row, however DPAS information has multiple rows.

Decipher IDP is unable to Extract Second Table. Could you please help me with this.

Anyone come across this scenario and what is the solution for this problem.

A couple of other things if you can confirm,

- Are you pushingvPDFs individually in training and verifying one batch per invoice before pushing another document? Could you make sure you don't push all 10 docs in a single batch, which does not train properly in my experience.

- Have you added Keywords properly in DFD

Answer to your question!!!
I'm pushing PDF Files individually in training and verifying one batch per invoice before pushing
another document.

Please find below procedure I followed.
1. I have pushed only one PDF file per batch and trained.
2. second time also pushed same PDF file per batch and trained.
3. Decipher IDP can able to identify Header level Detail and Item level details expect DPAS Information.
4. I followed the same procedure for 10 times for same PDF file still Decipher IDP can able to identify Header level Detail and Item level details expect DPAS Information.

Could you please help me why DPAS information details are not identifying the Decipher IDP.

Hi @NageshaYaliyappa ,

Decipher doesn't currently support the automatic extraction of multiple tables in a single DFD, only the first table will be trained and the others will need to be manually verified.
