Read Text with OCR- Access Denied

Hi Team,

We are trying to capture captcha from the website using Read text with OCR Action. Sometimes we are able to capture the text but most of the times we are getting the error "Internal- Failed to perform Step1 in Read stage 'Read Captcha' on page- Access is denied" using BluePrism v7.2

Looking forward to resolve this error at the earlier.

You have to identify the Region 2 with more precision.

It is failing because BP is unable to find the Region 2 element on screen.

@TejuHR ,

Please apply following strategy:

1. Identify a region element which will be always present on screen. Let's call it as RegEle1.

2. Identify your required region element in scope with reference to RegEle1. Let's call it RegEle2.

3. Keep both the elements in greyscale, provide sufficient padding.

Also keep the screen resolution of development machine and production machine identical.

Please share the actual application screen for region 2
