i downloaded the application several times. but still waiting for the learning license.

could you please help me.

Generally, you get a learning license by email in a few minutes. Did you check your spam folder etc in your email?

If you still not received you can try to place the request again or maybe try with other email ID.

Did you get the license? Yesterday, I downloaded version 7.4 and received the license directly in the browser, however, previously I used to receive it via email, and it would go to the spam folder.
I usually receive it through the email: svc_COE_Prod_Worker@sscinc.com with the subject: Your New Blue Prism Learning Edition License Key.
