OUtlook VBO (netoffice) V10.4.4 Failed to proceed Method on utlook.NameSpace=>GetItemFromID

Hi Community,

We recently moved from BP v6.10.5 to v7.3.1. With that change we also had to update a few DDLs and objects, including the OUtlook vbo to v10.4.4 (netoffice). Today we started getting the following error in 2 actions of the Excel VBO:

move email to Inbox subfolder
save email as file

I have re updated the DDLs (screenshot below), restarted, killed outlook action but nothing seems to be giving me any lead to what is the error related to (below the images that shows the part of the process and the object level fail with the data that it uses in data items for input to the object action in case anyone can see something else that can help me identify where is the step breaking...and tahnk you for the help!
