      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Dear,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We are meeting an issue when we connect to SharePoint by “Microsoft Graph – Share Point” VBO.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Scenarios:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Download a substantial number of files from SharePoint, navigating through various folders within the same SharePoint instance. Note that the folder structure is intricate, with files dispersed across multiple nested directories.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Errors:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When utilizing the “Get Drive Items” functionality, we always encounter a timeout error despite having configured an extended timeout period of 120 seconds.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Error Message:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;ERROR: Internal : Unexpected error Error during Web API HTTP Request&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Web Exception Status: Timeout&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Dtt_ApolloGao_0-1736475262788.png" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.blueprism.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/40193i3549E4775A0DCF24/image-size/large/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Dtt_ApolloGao_0-1736475262788.png" alt="Dtt_ApolloGao_0-1736475262788.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We have observed that after waiting for one or more hours, the issue resolves itself automatically without further intervention.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Questions:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If there are frequent requests to MS SP, is it indeed possible to experience a timeout situation?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Due to the varying nature of the folders, we are required to submit individual requests each time. Is there a method to address this issue without altering the existing folder structure?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I also try to ask MS SP team for help, but they need more details, such as request ID. But there’re no request id response when this error happened. How can I get more details for this kind of error?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you in advance for your prompt response.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
