    <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Community Members,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are performing an upgrade from BP 6.10.5 to BP 7.3.1 in UAT environment. We have successfully upgraded the BP database and installed the blueprism msi file in APP server.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, when we launch BP, we are getting below error in the app server. Before performing the upgrade, BP 6.10.5 was running on this server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="uncki2_0-1737623319700.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.blueprism.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/40254iD603CD5D8C4B4981/image-size/medium/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="uncki2_0-1737623319700.png" alt="uncki2_0-1737623319700.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We tried below approach till now but no luck:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Perform refresh cache using commandline -&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;AutomateC.exe /requestactivedirectorycacherefresh /sso&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but getting error as below. ID used for installation is the same service account id used to run BP 6.10.5 server service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="uncki2_1-1737623424669.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.blueprism.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/40255iD9E38C3E5471A394/image-size/medium/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="uncki2_1-1737623424669.png" alt="uncki2_1-1737623424669.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. BP team provided a sql file to perform refresh the cache directly through DB but no result.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Rebooted the server and re-installed the BP again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.
