We had seen similar issue and what we learned was - Start &amp;amp; End Date in Get Completed/Exception Items is the time threshold when they were marked completed/exception and not the threshold when they were loaded.

      <title>Work Queue - # of items by "Get Completed/Exception Items" are less than actual</title>

      <description>Hi

I've tried to get work queue items of Completed/Exception by "Get Completed/Exception Items",  but the # of items are less than actual.
My Work Queue is pretty simple enough to have the Queue Name only (not having Tag Name/Status).

I specified UTC time or Local time for the Start Date/End Date, but in vain.
I think the Item IDs are unique.

Any ideas?

Thanks for your reply.
I specified ""NO"" Start/End Date in Get Completed/Exception Items but got the same results (less than actual numbers).
Missing items are four all Exceptions - two are first attempts and two are second attempts.
Any ideas?</description>
