    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have been testing &lt;STRONG&gt;Blue Prism Hub 5.1.1&lt;/STRONG&gt; in &lt;STRONG&gt;BP 7.1.2&lt;/STRONG&gt; and implemented the use of Authentication Server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Issue: Receiving "Something went wrong" error when accessing Work Queue Items, Sessions, and Digital Worker Health in the Hub Control Room.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="mcamungol_0-1738921487825.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.blueprism.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/40363i8B119F3816DE19C5/image-size/medium/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="mcamungol_0-1738921487825.png" alt="mcamungol_0-1738921487825.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lets give this some more info:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*1 user, lets just call it &lt;STRONG&gt;user01.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;(this issue happens in any users not just this single user)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*I have 2 BP roles in BPE.&amp;nbsp; 1 named &lt;STRONG&gt;System Administrators&lt;/STRONG&gt; which is the &lt;STRONG&gt;built-in default role &lt;/STRONG&gt;which &lt;STRONG&gt;has all&lt;/STRONG&gt; the &lt;U&gt;BPE Permissions&lt;/U&gt;. Another one named &lt;STRONG&gt;Lead&lt;/STRONG&gt; which is a &lt;STRONG&gt;custom created role&lt;/STRONG&gt; which also &lt;STRONG&gt;has all&lt;/STRONG&gt; the &lt;U&gt;BPE Permissions&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="mcamungol_1-1738921856070.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.blueprism.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/40364i0D11AE7F4F232CD4/image-size/medium/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="mcamungol_1-1738921856070.png" alt="mcamungol_1-1738921856070.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I assign &lt;STRONG&gt;user01&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;the custom &lt;STRONG&gt;Lead&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;role, we are &lt;STRONG&gt;receiving the error&lt;/STRONG&gt; as stated above.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But, when I assign &lt;STRONG&gt;user01&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;the &lt;STRONG&gt;built-in default&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;System Administrators&lt;/STRONG&gt; role, it &lt;STRONG&gt;works without any problems&lt;/STRONG&gt;, can access all the components of Hub Control Room.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Either of the roles when assigned, have no issues accessing all the components in &lt;STRONG&gt;BPE side&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this a known issue that a user cannot access the other components of the Hub Browser-based Control Room unless the built-in BPE System Administrators role is assigned.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would advise raising a support ticket since this generic error message makes it very hard to figure out the exact root cause&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.blueprism.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/61163"&gt;@mcamungol&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just a check on below steps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;installed API&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Created a service account for API in Hub&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Provided admin rights in Blue Prism users to API service account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even after above steps issue exists , BP support should be best option through ticket.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>
