    <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you check if any port is blocked. In the installation guide, they have mentioned which all ports you need to open. Also you can check windows logs and see what error it shows that might give you more details. The network or IT team might also help here once you get the log messages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also each of this tools generate their own log files in text form so it might be worthy taking a look on that too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Add Item to bp workqueue from Interact Form</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello community.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to upload an item to a blue prism work queue via an Interact form, however I notice that sometimes it shows me this message “Submission failed to reach Blue Prism Work queue”, and nothing is uploaded to the work queue, I have managed to get one of the examples uploaded from the form approved but none was uploaded to the work queue.
