Error closing objects in Blue Prism Enterprise version 7

Hi BP fam,

We are facing below error while closing any process or VBOs in our resource PCs.

What it does is that it doesn't pop the Save/Discard changes dialog box and also locks the process/object only for us to open the object again using the unlock wizard and close it back. This is really tedious.

We have recently switched to BP 7.4 where we are seeing this error. Any ideas on if this is an issue with the version or this needs to be checked on the Database or Infra setup side ?

I've been using version 7.4 for quite some time now, but I haven't come across this issue when saving or reopening processes and objects.

Could you elaborate more on the same? Is it happening with all users? If you tried on other App servers is it same? We need to eliminate possible issues one by one

Thanks for responding @Tejaskumar_Darji .

The issue doesn't happen when we open/close VBOs or processes in the App server. It's only happening in every RTR.
