Hi All,

We are following the steps that given the document in digital exchange for Two Factor Authentication - VBO Implementation.

VBO Details:

Coming to Configuration,

To obtain the “Secret Key”, we have noticed that the option "I want to use different authenticator app" isn’t appearing, as mentioned in documents

Please find the below screenshot for your reference:

not able to see the "use different authenticator app" Option

expected steps to follow and screen based on VBO - Guide :

1)Are there any other possible ways to get secret key for configuration to generate Time based codes

2)Do the VBO supports other platforms except (Microsoft,
Google, Okta)?

@rokkam_saiteja this is likely due to your Microsoft Entra restrictions only allowing certain 2FA methods.

I found some VBO in DX.
