how to run a process on Next Gen

Hello,

This week I finally got to experience real Next Gen.

I am trying out the operations based on what I learned in Blue Prism University.

I imported a very simple process, and tried to run it, but the process status remains "created", and does not run.

Please tell me the correct steps to run the process.

Hi @sumire

If the process status remains "created" and does not run, you may need to ensure that the process is properly published and executed within the Blue Prism Control Centre.

@sumire Do you have an online Digital Worker within the environment?

Within Next Gen, session get queued then run when there is an available Digital Worker.

Tip: See Environment > Monitor > Digital Worker Health which will show the status of all the Digital Workers within the environment.
