      <description>&lt;P&gt;Our Interact license expires at the end of July, but today I suddenly get a warning that my license has expired, and we can't use Interact.&lt;BR /&gt;Why did this suddenly happen today?&lt;BR /&gt;What should I do to be able to use Interact again?&lt;BR /&gt;Has anyone encountered a similar incident?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Sumire,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you check to double confirm if your Interact is still working? If it is still working, likely it might a reminder to renew your license.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it really stopped working, and you are sure nothing got changed and your license does not expire until July 2025, it might be worth logging a ticket with support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
