You can also raise ticket if it is blocker for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also, I am sharing the document link for BPPI installation.       <title>Base URL launch error after process intelligence successful installation 2.1v.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello! I successfully installed Process Intelligence, but I'm unable to open the Base URL configured during installation. The TimelinePI services are running, but when I try to access it using my local IP address and port number, the web page loads. However, after entering my username, it redirects to my Base URL and I get a "can't reach page" error.
