Character Limit in Dropdown Menu Options in Blue Prism Interact

Hello Blue Prism Community,

I'm facing an issue with the 50-character limit for dropdown labels/values in Blue Prism Interact forms, which isn’t enough for my needs. Additionally, our clients are frustrated because we can’t add longer text to the dropdown lists. Documentation suggests this is a fixed limit, with past community requests for an increase (e.g., "Next Gen Human-in-the-loop"). Has this been addressed in recent versions, or is there a solution yet?

Currently the maximum character lengths for fields in Interact forms are hard-coded and documented here.

There is an enhancement request for this in our Ideas Portal here, which I would encourage you (and others who come across this thread) to vote + comment on to show your support to our Product team for consideration of inclusion in a future release.
