Blue Prism HUB 5.1.1 Audit Service Install Error in Power Shell Script Run

Hi Team,

We are Installing the Blue prism Hub 5.1.1.

While Running the Power shell Script , In the "Installing Audit Service " Section an error is occurring Installation of : - AuditService exited with code 1603.

The Audit Service Logs shows the below error:-
Execution was failed with error: A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the login process. (provider: SSL Provider, error: 0 - The certificate chain was issued by an authority that is not trusted.)

Anyone suggest what caused this error in Audit Service Installation and How to overcome this error.

Hi Srihari,

The error relating to a certificate not being issued by an authority that is trusted indicates an incorrect certificate may have been used as the root CA certificate. Can you verify the certificate(s) being used for this deployment were created in alignment with the "Certificates for configuration file" documentation?
