    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://community.blueprism.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/60891"&gt;@lawalabibat&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are few reasons why this might happen I will list down few below,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Make sure your database server is up and running(try to access/login to database instance).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Check if there are any locked queries in database instance which are running from long time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. How frequently you purge database tables for blueprism database?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Everyone,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;has anyone encounter a windows error while trying to start blue prism server service? i'd appreciate any workaround on this.&lt;BR /&gt;Note that the log verbose message and log traffic detail box is un-checked from the logging settings&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Find error message in image.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="image.png" style="width: 435px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.blueprism.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/41686i8DE724A3E98F157D/image-size/large/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="image.png" alt="image.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have checklist the probable cause you listed but it all seems to be fine. The DB server is running fine no locked queries and firewall isn't blocking the service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
