Outlook Email VBO: Read From MSG Fails to Convert New Outlook MSG Files to HTML

Hi All,

For one of our Blue Prism processes, we save emails with the .msg extension and then read the email using the Outlook Email VBO's "Read from MSG" action, converting the file to HTML format. This workflow has been working fine with MSG files generated by older versions of Outlook.

However, when we save the email as an MSG file using a newer version of Outlook, the VBO is unable to convert the MSG file to HTML. The process fails, even though the same action works fine with MSG files from previous Outlook versions.

Note : We have set the HTML Format Flag to True for both cases.

Has anyone else encountered this issue with newer Outlook MSG files?
Are there known compatibility limitations between Outlook VBO and the latest Outlook MSG format?
Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Blue Prism version in use: 7.3
Outlook Email VBO version: 10.4.5

did you review the code stage for both version of outlook VBO ?
