Reading UTF-8 Text files?

I'm trying to read a text with non-ASCII characters, however, using the "Read All Text from File" (from Utility - File Management) doesn't seem to support Unicode. Is there a setting/action I'm missing somewhere, or is there simply no support?

The 'read all text from file' utility was not written with unicode in mind I'm afraid. It sounds like you'll need to create a unicode version.

@John_Carter: this is no longer correct. If you type “ISO-8859–1” in FileEncoding, then European special characters will be read.

can you please attach sample data by removing all sensitive information, will give you custom vb.net code to read
