    <description>&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P&gt;We recently upgraded Blue Prism from version 6.10.5 to 7.3.2 and updated all required hardware and software components as part of the migration.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, when attempting to connect Blue prism using SQL authentication, we’re encountering the error shown below.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Tested the blueprism server also its good enough&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please review this and help us identify where we may have missed a step or misconfigured something?       <description>&lt;P&gt;I've never encountered this error, but there are at least two BP Support Articles that mention this error message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This one appears to be specifically when the server service won't start due to that reason:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.blueprism.com/en/support/solutions/articles/7000078173-bpe-error-database-version-could-not-be-determined-when-attempting-to-start-the-bp-application-serv" target="_blank"&gt;BPE error "Database version could not be determined" when attempting to start the BP Application Server :&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This one below has very little description but says basically to restore the old version of your database. It seems odd that they didn't explain anything else about it though. It really should explain what may be the cause or if this can happen sometimes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.blueprism.com/en/support/solutions/articles/7000094629-bpe-error-database-version-could-not-be-determined-while-establishing-connection-from-application-s" target="_blank"&gt;BPE error "Database version could not be determined" while establishing connection from Application Server to Blue Prism Database after upgrading :&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Given that second article, I would personally try restoring the database to before the upgrade and then immediately try upgrading again just in case something went wrong and might work on a second attempt. I have no idea how likely a second attempt is to work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, I suspect you'll need to get Blue Prism Support to help you identify the cause.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
