Hello,

I heard the news about WorkHQ.

It seems that WorkHQ has functionality equivalent to Chorus.
Are the two similar, or do they have different functions? What is different between the two?

WorkHQ is the rebrand of their 'Next Generation' platform. I believe it includes a lot of their add-on features, as well as having focus on orchestration of AI Agents alongside digital workers.

Reach out to your Customer Success Manager, as they can invite you to the global launch on 28th April.

@blue_meanie explanation is spot on. WorkHQ is an evolution of our current NextGen platform, but with additional functionality supporting Agentic and native AI capabilities.

Definitely reach out to your account team for further info. They should be able to set up a demonstration for you.

Isn't Chorus included in WorkHQ?
Will Chorus be included under a new name like NextGen has been changed to WorkHQ?
