Hi Everyone,

I'm wondering how everyone views the details of a work item in the queue that marked as an exception.

The challenge I'm facing is that when you view a work item in the queue, all it does is bring up the session log. If the session has 100's of items that means there are 100's of pages to go through in order to find the problem which is time consuming and just not very user friendly.

There is also no way to skip to the last page in the event your session fails and you want to look at what exactly happened.

For example:

How can I observe what happened to 1 work item in the queue without having to view every single thing that happened in the session up to that point?

Thank you,
