One Drive Mapped shortcut folder check existence fail

Hi All,

I have created a shortcut of one of my SharePoint folder to OneDrive this mapping happened successfully and working fine while debugging the process, but when running the same process from the control room my Directory Exists (Provided full one drive path) action always fails and returns false but in reality required folder is available and mapped correctly.

(Also for that specific one drive shortcut folder I have enabled Always keep on this device setting) I am using Blue prism 7.5.1 version (Recently upgraded version from 6.10.2)

Could anyone please help me to understand how to overcome on this?

It's very likely that the user account being used to execute the Process in the Control Room and/or the user account associated with the Runtime Resource on which the Process is being run does not have access to the folder. This doesn't occur in Debug/Studio because you're logged in as your own user account which has the access to the folder.

Essentially, the Windows user that is being used to run Process in the Control Room on the Runtime Resources needs to have the correct permissions to read/write to the shared location. Log in to the Runtime Resource machine(s) you're using for this and ensure the bot's account can access the shared drive folder, then try executing the Process again.
