I'd be interested to know the background to the request out of interest?

I built a few solutions years ago where I needed to know when it last ran so that I did not pick up and load old work that had already been processed by the robot. To do this I had a second work queue that was used simply as a timestamp queue that stored the last time the specific automation had started and/or completed (whichever was required) - or the timestamps of the last database query to collect work. The robots then running this process would use that queue to ensure new work was being collected correctly.
I think the old work queue report created by John Carter had something similar in how it was designed to ensure the work queue excel reports (i.e. reporting exceptions) did not report exceptions that had previously been reported. So that solution might be worth looking at.

Is it possible to get the latest status of the last time a specific Process ran, so if it Terminated, Completed etc... and the time the process started?

I need to be able to confirm a process fully completed and the time it started to ensure another process can start and trying to avoid putting this as a manual task on the Controllers.

I know I could use the Work Queue to check last completion/exception time and if there's any pending cases but the queue can load cases and still terminate without completing the cases it has to load and this figure can vary day to dau

You'd have to do a SQL query on the Blue Prism database for that information. It would involve some joins involving at least the BPAProcess and BPASession tables.

another option is if you are set up on BP API which eventually query the DB

You can run a GET API call on the resource endpoint to determine whether any process is currently running on a specific resource.

Also, you can query for a specific process on a specific resource as well.

https://api.yourcompany.com/api/v7/sessions?sessionParameters.sortBy=SessionNumberDesc&sessionParameters.itemsPerPage=1&sessionParameters.resourceName.strtw=Resourcename

Thanks Dave and for replying so quick. I thought that might be case - I was living in hope there might have been an internal object I was missing!

I'm trying to determine if we have the authentication server as part of our software which is what I believe is needed to use the BP APIs. fingers crossed
