Hi.

We are currently experiencing a issue where our processes is making an error when run through the Scheduler.

We do a login with the login agent first, which I have made sure is working.

Then the process is supposted to start, but the only thing we get is the error I have attached. "Exception encountered!"

The version we are running is: 6.3.2.8430

MS .NET version: 4.7

Anyone have any suggestions?

Is the task that is logging in with Login Agent in the same Schedule as the process that is supposed to start?
If so, do you have a sufficient wait time (1-3 minutes maybe) between the first task (Login Agent RR) and the second task (Blue Prism RR)?

Hey David.
That was the issue! Someone had removed that wait stage we have on the Login process. We thought it was easier to just add a wait stage to the login process rather then set up wait time in the schedules.

Thanks for the help.
