Hello Nayana - MS OUTLOOK VBO has options to do that.

you want to get mails using some specific Subject or by sender name or by time? what is your criteria for your filtration?

Just to be clear, [Subject] would be a Text data item you define in your process and set the value of whatever Subject value you want to use in your filter/search.
