https://community.blueprism.com/t5/Product-Forum/Spy-image-and-use-decision-on-the-result/m-p/50820#M5990 Firstly, have you completed the Surface Automation training?  This seems to be a question that would not be asked if that training was completed and fully understood.   To do what you need you need to use the Image Recognition techniques described in the SA training.  If the arrow always exists and can only be up or down, you could just do an image search for the up arrow and presume it is down if not found.
