This interface does require Outlook to be installed on the PC. The Mapiex interface and its instructions/guide should be available to whoever in your organisation has access to the main product installer. That person will either have access to the Mapiex installer in the product releases/add ons area of the portal, or should be able to request access to it if is not there (via their usual release request or mentor channels).
