There was an error during spying operation

It's a web application where I'm getting an error while spying the elements using Html mode "There was an error during spying operation". Not sure what is changed which is causing this issue. Please help.

Thanks for contacting Blue Prism,

When you say you are not sure what changed do you imply this was working before? Have you upgraded your version of BP?
When you get the error "There was an error during spying operation" can you unhide the details and attach the stack? (There should be more to this error)

Hi Andrea ,

Yes it was working before and still working in production environment on BP v 6.4 .But in development it started creating issues .
For that particular object "Html mode" is not visible while spying I suppose that is causing the issue .
