ActiveX Component with Blue Prism Report Process

Hi all,

I am using the Blue Prism Queue report process that produces reports including Performance Reports, Queue Reports and Exception Reports.

When trying to run it on a new device however, I am met with errors with the code stages that say the ActiveX component cannot be created.

Any ideas how to get around / fix this?

Hi Oliver,

I've come across this issue lately and just found the solution yesterday. Even though you posted your question a long time ago, the solution might help other DEVs who might be looking for an answer.
The reason why you cannot run the action "Create Performance Report" is when you try to save that specific report on a SharePoint or ShareDrive or any Cloud storage as far I have seen it.
Try to enter the report file path as a local drive (ex: "C:\Users\name of User\Documents") and the action can then be completed. You can then move the report to wherever you want to save it.
