To talk about difference between UIA mode and AA mode
UIA- it is user interface automation mode
this mode basically use for identify the complex element when any other mode not work
But it very slower than any AA mode

AA- active accessibility mode is faster than UIA

Depending upon requirements you can use any one

Thank you for your input. May I please know other than the speed, is there any major difference between the two spying modes?
Is UIA capable of spying invisible elements?
