      <description>I'm experiencing the same issue when working with several mail profiles in Outlook 2016.
I recommend the article on Cached Exchange Mode if you are only working with one mail profile: &lt;A href="https://portal.blueprism.com/customer-support/knowledge-base/mapiex-iss…" target="test_blank"&gt;https://portal.blueprism.com/customer-support/knowledge-base/mapiex-iss…&lt;/A&gt; . Turning off cached exchange mode mitigated my issue when only working with one mail profile.</description>
