The file to which the error refers is a temporary one. To solve this, in a Windows explorer type this path %userprofile%\appdata\local
Delete all files that appear on it. You probably can not delete some of them but it does not matter.
I do not know the exact reason why it is produced, but, in my case, it reproduces when I make intensive use of OCR

OCR Internal Fail : File Exist

Hy Everyone,

Each time i try to execute the read stage with 'Read Text With OCR' on a region, BP returns me back a popup with a message saying "Internal : Failed to perform step 1 in Read Stage 'Name of the Stage' on page 'Name of the Page' - Le fichier existe" (in English : 'The File Exist' ).

When I execute the same process from an other computer it works fine, until this error occur from nowhere and then no OCR is working anymore.

Thank you for your help.
