If the queue has 'Paused' status, you cannot retrieve items from it. From control room a work queue is Running or Paused. Active work queue is the one which has and Assigned Process and Assigned Resource Group to it which helps running one work queue on multiple resources which are Assigned to specific resource group. Yet depending on the setup can be used or not. Also that work queue is not blue, but becomes Purple and could be found in Active Queues section in control room. Adi, there is a documentation in blue prism with a brief description about Active Queues, but as in other threads regarding them, Blue Prism needs to improve its functionality regarding them, because as I see it, it can't be used in certain setups.
