    <description>Hi An Zhou,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There are some factors you need to verify to determine the reason for an Application Server service failure.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Check the network connectivity between the Application Server and the Database Server. (Examine the network latency that expected to be less than 4ms and ensure there are no packet drops).&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Check the recent changes over the firewall rules or the settings over the End-Point protection software which may prevent the port connections or service executions intermittently.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Check the Application Server's user access permission. If there's any AD account associated, check the password expiry of the respective service account&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Verify the status of OS patching or security updates that may have caused the service failure.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Check the Startup Type which is expected to be Automatic in the Blue Prism Server Services.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;By examining the Blue Prism Event Logs and Windows System Event Logs further, you may find the cause of the issue.&lt;/LI&gt;
