&lt;P&gt;To restart the service&lt;BR /&gt;a) &lt;SPAN data-contrast="auto" lang="EN-US" lang="EN-US" class="TextRun SCXW201412004 BCX9"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="NormalTextRun SCXW201412004 BCX9"&gt;Type Services in window search bar &amp;gt;Select services&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;b) Find BluePrism Login agent and select "Blue Prism Login Agent" service and right click &amp;gt;restart&lt;BR /&gt;c) Then restart the VM&amp;nbsp; and test the scheduler whether it is working or not.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Make sure you are running the Run time resources in Virtual machine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;-----------------------&lt;BR /&gt;If I answered your query.       <title>Unable to start the scheduler from control room</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi ,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Unable to start the scheduler from control room. scheduler is created in control room and scheduled particular time. But scheduler was not started, and I checked in scheduler report also.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks Mukesh&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;After so many struggle I find and sorted now.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Actually the problem is port number not updated in the login config file.
