I have the encountered the same error. It is usually caused when you are trying to work with SAP before it is loaded. I suggest (against all best practices) to add a static wait before the action that causes this prompt for you to give the SAP more time to load.
I would like to add that I have not found a stable way on how to deal with the prompt, so I am trying my best to avoid it.

SAP - Server Busy - Stops responding

Good morning,

Sometimes, when I'm running SAP processes, I have an error (attached) that stops the connection with Blue Prism, putting my process in warning status. In this particular case, even if I use global timeouts in my object, it doesn't work and I can't control the process anymore, preventing the next processes to run. I tried to spy this window, but Blue Prism doesn't recognize it, and even if it does, the process is always waiting for SAP response and I can't proceed with any other step.

Does anyone faced this problem or have an idea how to solve it?

Thank you

GC
