    <description>Hi,
The error ""Failed&amp;nbsp;to&amp;nbsp;send keystroke&amp;nbsp;to&amp;nbsp;Attachmate host due&amp;nbsp;to&amp;nbsp;the session being occupied."" generally means that the session is still in use or the previous command which you gave is still waiting for the output to come,try giving some wait time before your ESC key.
Also check the keyboard layout for the manual user and bot user to make sure ESC key is configured correctly.
Regards,

      <title>Mainframe Application Session Lock</title>
      <link>https://community.blueprism.com/t5/Product-Forum/Mainframe-Application-Session-Lock/m-p/52268#M7177</link>
      <description>I'm getting the following error while we are interacting with Attachmate Mainframe Emulator.

&amp;nbsp;

Internal : Failed&amp;nbsp;to&amp;nbsp;perform step 1 in page, Failed&amp;nbsp;to&amp;nbsp;send keystroke&amp;nbsp;to&amp;nbsp;Attachmate host due&amp;nbsp;to&amp;nbsp;the session being occupied.&amp;nbsp;

We are using global send keys document provided by blueprism to unlock the mainframe session (Using Esc key), but these keys are not working for unlocking session through bot. But these keys (Esc) are working manually.

Any help regarding this post should be appreciated.

Thanks in advance....</description>
