Blue Prism Capture Now Available for Download!

Now, the latest version of Blue Prism® Capture features the ability to export the defined PDD as a Blue Prism XML, ready to be loaded to the Process Studio, thereby reducing time-to-automation by up to 25%.

Blue Prism Capture is an intelligent process capture platform that automatically generates all the documentation needed to create and optimize process definition documents (PDDs). Since every automation needs one, we think your digital workforce should help you create them.

Blue Prism Capture is available to all paying Blue Prism partners and customers at no cost. Partners and customers who are registered portal users can download the latest version of Capture from the Blue Prism Customer Portal today.

Hello Melanie,

thank you very much for this good news.

A tiny question: In your FAQ I read that Capture doesn't require a license.

But is it permitted to use Capture in business environments? What kind of license does Capture have (e.g. MIT, Apache)? This is always the first question of the license management. Unfortunately I could not find these information, so I ask you.

Thank you for your query and for drawing to our attention that our FAQ was unclear. Capture is made available for download and use under the following License Terms but a separate license key is not required to use it: https://bpdocs.blueprism.com/capture-2-0/en-us/license-terms.htm
