      <title>Citrix Connection Issue</title>

      <description>Hi,

Our client application is connected through Citrix. The issue we have at hand is that  the citrix connect times out after 10-15 minutes. It may be cause by application not recognizing global send key in surface automation causing it to think it's been inactive.

Has anyone encountered this problem before? Any solution?
