Hyperlink not working in pdf

Hi All,
Ian converting a word document containing hyperlink to pdf but, I'm not able to get hyperlink in pdf.
Only underlined text appers in pdf instead of clickable link

I am using Ms word vbo to export action for conversion of word to PDF and also I have tried save as PDF option also m getting same issue.

I am using
Word 2010
Pdf Acrobat

Do hyperlinks work when saved as a PDF using manual methods? From researching, it seems that this is a common issue that happens even when Blue Prism isn't in the picture. As a side note, I was able to use the ExportPDF option and get it working correctly, my machine has Office 365.
