original Outlook email sent information missing while forwarding email

Hi,

I'm automating a process where I need to forward an email. I'm using Outlook VBO DX v10.2.0 and found that it successfully forwards the email, but the information from the original email like From, Sent, To are missing in the emails forwarded. Could you please help me with this? Thanks!

Hello @VidyaV,

Is the email that you're forwarding in HTML or text, and is the new message that you're adding to it as part of forwarding in HTML or text?

Thanks for the reply.

Yes, the email I'm forwarding is HTML. I just want to forward an email that I've received which has HTML body and not attaching any new message. I expect the original email received information like Email sent by, Received by, etc. as we get when we forward an email manually in outlook.

@VidyaV,

We've just pushed version 10.2.2 of the VBO to the Digital Exchange which includes a fix to the code to ensure the original info is prepended to the body.
