RegEx Text Information Extractor VBO published to Digital Exchange.

Hello BP Community,

I'm a late comer to Blue Prism and these forums. I have published my VBO to the Blue Prism Digital Exchange. Here is the link to the listing. The VBO comes with full documentation and addresses some of the challenges of matching and extracting information from text data using RegEx.

Please download and give it a try. I have used it successfully in my project where we extract multiple data points from incoming data in a single step. Here is a brief summary :

Benefits

Retrieve multiple matches in an easy to manage collection
Retrieve additional information such as match locations and the match counts in a single call
Replace multiple RegEx matches with a common value

Optionally:

Replace each match with its own corresponding replacements
Extract just the first match, or limit matches to a specific number
Perform case-sensitive RegEx matches where required
