Unable to select value inside Combobox using UIA

Hello Blueprism experts,

I have an issue while selecting a value present inside a combo box .

1. Spied the element using UIA mode and checked UIA control type and match index. made sure its getting highlighted.
2. Used navigate stage to select item using item text.

Error :
Error- "Internal : Failed to perform step 1 in Navigate Stage 'select Microsoft Print to PDF' on page 'Print and save file' - Unable to find a valid pattern - required: ExpandCollapsePattern"

Note:
The same approach is working on the different environment with OS windows 10.
The issue appears on environment with OS 'windows server 2012 R2'

Hi @sanjay selvaraj,

Did you try using "Ctrl+s" as send keys to directly save the file?

It will save some of your steps
