    <description>Hi Sai,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can try the following:&lt;BR /&gt;In the cmd line type:&lt;BR /&gt;ping&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;smtp.*****.com&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Verify if there is any reply with a corresponding IP address&amp;nbsp;.&amp;nbsp; If no host is found then check your DNS or spelling of the domain name.&amp;nbsp; If there is an IP address then either the mail server is down or it's rejecting your connection.&amp;nbsp; You might need to contact their mail admin.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;Max Elopre&lt;BR /&gt;Technical Consultant&lt;BR /&gt;Chicago IL&lt;BR /&gt;------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
