Hi,

What can be the possible reason for a scheduler to trigger a session but not start automatically and leave a pending instance instead, requiring a human to right click and start the pending session.

------------------------------
Thanks & Regards,
Tejaskumar Darji
Sr. RPA Consultant-Automation Developer
------------------------------
hello @Tejaskumar_Darji - We faced this issue and reason which we got after troubleshooting with support is below:

The reason had been identified in the fact that when a session is left in "Pending" status, this was due to the fact that the Scheduler failed to run the sessions, which in turn was due to the fact that when starting a session it caused an anomaly resulting in an incorrect disconnection and was also found that this issue can get more accentuated if there are loads of schedules triggered in shorter space or shorter intervals of times.

plus there are few links available for possible reason on support center.

http://portal.blueprism.com/customer-support/support-center#/path/1175748382

------------------------------
Neeraj Kumar
Technical Architect
------------------------------
